ListWare shelf-life calculator
ListWare is an on-line software that calculates the shelf-life for ready-to-eat (RTE) products, based on the presence of Listeria. Perfect for quality managers in food companies who want a scientific approach to risk assessments and determination of shelf-life dates.
Correct date setting will improve food safety (set a short enough shelf-life) and reduce food waste (set a long enough shelf-life).
You pay for a one-year subscription, NOK 3000 (about 260 euro).
After payment by card, Animalia (Sigrun Hauge) will send you login details on e-mail.
